Delete your account

The quickest way to delete your account is in the K9&CO Pet Wholesale app, under Account → Delete account. It is verified by your sign-in, so it takes effect straight away.

If you can no longer access the app, submit your email below and we will verify your identity and erase your account within one month.

What gets deleted

• Your customer account, saved delivery addresses and contact details.
• Your notification tokens and back-in-stock alerts, immediately.
• Your product analytics profile and your Klaviyo messaging profile.

What we have to keep

If you have placed orders, we must keep the order records to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We erase the personal details attached to them instead.
